Returns
- You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
