1. Shipping Information
South African Orders
- Pudo Locker to Locker: R80
- Courier Guy (Door-to-Door Delivery): R175

Estimated Delivery Times:
- Main Centres: 2–4 business days
- Regional Areas: 3–6 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–7 business days
International Orders
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
- Estimated Delivery Times: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs).
- Please note: Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Returns Process
International Orders
- We do not ship returns back to South Africa for international orders.
- To process a return, you must provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Clear pictures of the broken or incorrect item
- Returns will be evaluated via email or WhatsApp.
- Approval is based on verification of purchase and item condition.
South African Orders
- Returns must be physically returned to our location.
- Items will be assessed upon receipt.
- If approved, refunds will be processed automatically.
3. Refund Details
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time: Up to 10 business days.
- Additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company.
